What We Do

Professional Carpet
Installation for
Commercial Interiors.

Commercial carpet installation is more technically demanding than it appears. Substrate moisture, flatness tolerances, adhesive selection, seam placement, and pattern matching all determine the performance and appearance of the finished floor — and shortcuts at any stage result in a product that underperforms and fails early.

Lay It Right installs commercial broadloom and carpet tile systems with full attention to the preparation and installation details that determine long-term performance. We work from the substrate up — addressing flatness, moisture, and adhesive requirements before installation begins — to deliver a finished floor that lies flat, seams correctly, and holds up to the traffic demands of the environment.

Whether you’re outfitting a single corporate floor or a multi-floor hospitality build, our team approaches every carpet installation with the same standard: do it right, the first time.

Preparation First. Always.

Substrate Preparation

Carpet hides a floor but doesn’t fix it. We address flatness, moisture, and contamination issues before installation begins — because a bad substrate telegraphs through carpet and drives premature failure.

Adhesive & System Selection

Full-spread adhesive, pressure-sensitive, or direct glue-down — system selection is driven by the carpet type, substrate condition, and traffic demands of the environment. We specify and apply the correct system for the application.

Seam Placement & Pattern Matching

Seam placement is planned before installation begins — positioned away from high-traffic paths, out of primary sightlines, and matched to the room’s architecture. Pattern carpet receives full pattern matching at every seam.

INSTALLATION SYSTEMS
